School Performance Management

Essential to the creation of lasting and meaningful school improvement is the development of systems to measure and manage on-going school performance. Through our School Performance Management practice, ERS works with school leaders to establish:

  • Clear goals linked to school plans and overall strategies
  • School-level standards that can be measured and applied to:
    • Student, teacher, and school performance
    • Resource allocation that supports instructional improvement
    • Instructional practice, development, support, and supervision
  • Rubrics that measure the level of implementation and progress against school-level standards
  • Incentive systems and consequences at the central and school level related to standards-based performance outcomes
  • A collaborative examination process of outcomes vs. standards
  • A measurement adjustment process based on improvements and results

Our Clients

In Cincinnati and Rochester, ERS is helping district leaders develop standards of school practice that they can use to assess school needs and progress and guide activities for school support.
