About ERS
History
For over a decade, Education Resource Strategies has been working with leaders of urban school districts, promoting the strategic management of resources to support improvement in system and school level performance. ERS consultants come together with a broad range of work experiences, applying financial, organizational, educational, and analytic expertise to their work in school systems.
With each school system relationship, ERS builds upon previous
work, adding comparative data and refining analyses and findings to share
with our clients and the larger educational community. Our work is referred
to in recent educational news and summarized in articles and briefs in
the Research Room section of our website. By making our work publicly available,
it is ERS's goal to contribute to the national discussion on eductional
improvement and reform.
